1. How do I place an order?

The most convenient way to order is online. You will need a valid Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card to place an order in our online store. Simply fill in the quantity (number) and click the "Add to Cart" button. You will be redirected to the Shopping Cart page which shows that the item has been added to your shopping cart.

If you would like to purchase additional items simply click the "Click here to Keep Shopping" button. If you are finished shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and complete the required fields.

You may check the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" button located at the top of the page.

You may also order via phone by calling 412-559-3384 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

We accept purchase orders from schools, daycares, preschools, and other learning institutions. You may mail your purchase order or fax it to 724-744-1098.

If you wish to order by mail and pay by check or money order, please fill out our order form and send it along with your payment to:

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express for online purchases. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please fill out our order form and send it along with your payment to:

3. Is my credit card information secure?

All of your financial information is encrypted and sent to us in a secure manner. You can verify this during the checkout process by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser or a little closed lock or full key in the browser's status bar, and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the online order form web page.

Only two employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. We will not share your information with any third party. 4. Do you accept international orders?

Yes, international orders are welcome. Simply select your country and enter your zip code (postal code) in the shopping cart and a shipping charge will be shown.

If you wish to save on international shipping charges, please visit our Estore which contains electronic ebooks available for immediate download thus eliminating the need for shipping.

5. What are your shipping options?

You may choose between USPS (The United States Postal Service) or UPS.

Parcel Post shipping via USPS (free for orders $75.00 and over) takes 5-10 business days for delivery within the contiguous United States. Please note that delivery times for orders shipped outside the contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO, etc.) will be longer. We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail for more prompt delivery.

Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service has a delivery date of 2-3 business days.

Express Mail via the United States Postal Service has a delivery date of 1-2 business days and a signature is required.

UPS Ground has a delivery date of 5-10 business days.

6. Can I return merchandise?

7. How long will my order take to ship?

We know you would like to receive your order as fast as possible which is why all orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday). In the event that an item on your order is not in stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours via email and informed of when the item will arrive.

8. Do you accept purchase orders?

We will accept purchase orders from schools, daycares, and other reputable organizations. Please note, items will not be shipped until the purchase order is received. You may fax purchase orders to 724-744-1098 or mail the purchase order to:

11. What is a wish list?

A wish list is a convenient way to keep track of items you wish to purchase at a later date. Please go to our Catalog Request Form, complete the form, hit the Send Email button and we will ship a print catalog.
