We know you would like to receive your order as fast as possible which is why all orders of in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1 business day (US orders only). In the event that an item on your order is not in stock, you will be contacted within 24 hours via email and informed of when the item will arrive. Company policy is to ship orders when they are complete to minimize your shipping costs. If you wish your order to be shipped in partial shipments, actual shipping will be charged on each shipment. This actual charge may differ from the original shipping charge and may result in additional charges to you.
All orders within the contiguous United States with an in-stock product subtotal of $75 and above receive FREE SHIPPING via the United States Postal Service Parcel Post or UPS Ground. Average delivery time is 3-10 days depending on delivery location. The free shipping policy does NOT apply to international orders. FREE Shipping orders with out of stock items will be delayed until the back ordered items arrive. If you wish your order to be shipped in partial shipments, actual shipping will be charged for the backordered items.
Shipping Rates: You may view all estimated shipping costs and methods before checking out by going to the Shopping Cart Page (click the View Cart button along the top navigation menu) and clicking on "Estimate Shipping & Tax" located below the Subtotal (please note that items must be added to the cart in order to view the shipping rates). Enter your Country, State, and Zip Code and then click the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" button. The rates and methods for the items currently in the cart will be shown. If you make any changes to the items in the cart please complete these steps over to get an actual shipping cost.
If you need your order delivered by a certain date please provide this information in the Order Instructions/Comments box during step 5: Order Confirmation of the check out process. Additional shipping fees may apply if expedited service is required.
INCORRECT ADDRESS You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred by the shipping company for address corrections on orders where you enter the address incorrectly during checkout.
How do I track my order?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1 business day, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. You can also check the status of your order here. For questions about tracking, please contact us and include your name and order number.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Our experienced staff is confident that the materials they have selected will benefit both students and teachers. However, if you are unhappy with any of our products you may return them for a refund within 15 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be in new/resalable condition and show no sign of use. Books' bindings, spines, or covers must not be bent or damaged.
A reason for the return must accompany the returned merchandise along with a copy of your receipt.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
As a customer of O'Block Books, you agree to allow O'Block Books to attempt settlement of any billing dispute for 30 days before disputing with any third party, credit card company or bank. O'Block Books simply requires that it be the first option in billing disputes. Should O'Block Books receive an invalid chargeback, or a chargeback or other reversed charge from a third party, credit card company or bank on your behalf before O'Block Books has been given a chance to resolve the issue, O'Block Books has the right to collect on the rendered services and any fees associated with those disputes. O'Block Books charges a $25.00 Chargeback Fee per chargeback should a credit card company be used as a first resort in a billing dispute, or if a chargeback is found to be invalid.
